Leisa started curating and managing culinary events in 2010, while Regional Chair of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, a chair she held for nine years. She founded and directed Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants forum and masterclass series, a skills and ideas sharing programme for professional chefs, for three years while the list was stationed in Singapore. In 2016 Leisa co-curated the Hyundai Card Cooking Library in Seoul, Korea. The high-tech gastronomy centre and laboratory contains one of the biggest cookbook libraries in the world. In March 2018 she co-ran the {Re} Food Forum in Bangkok, a sell-out two-day event featuring more than 30 presenters from ten countries discussing food waste, sustainability and endemic ingredients in the hospitality industry in Asia. Leisa is now working on the Kita Food Festival, scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur from August 6-9, 2020.
