Leisa started curating and managing culinary events while Regional Chair of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2010, a chair she held for nine years. She founded and directed Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants forum and masterclass series, a skills and ideas sharing programme for professional chefs, for three years while the list was stationed in Singapore. In 2016 Leisa co-curated the Hyundai Card Cooking Library in Seoul, Korea. The high-tech gastronomy centre and laboratory contains one of the biggest cook book libraries in the world. In 2017 she co-founded the {Re} Foundation, a platform launching events that discuss food waste, sustainability and endemic ingredients in relation to the hospitality industry in Asia.
